Virtual Session: This course will
cover advanced Retail data entries for ARGUS Enterprise. The user will learn how to create advanced
detailed reimbursement schedules that include expense specific gross-ups and
percentage rent offset. The user will
also learn how to enter advanced level Percentage Rent inputs. Recovery and
Percentage Rent specific reports will be viewed.
Virtual Session: This course will cover the creation of
an Apartment - Multifamily property inside of AE. The user will be walked through creating a
portfolio specific for an Apartment.
During this session a user will learn to create an Apartment property
from scratch, enter in Market Leasing information, enter in Revenues and
Expenses specific to an apartment, and enter in Investment and Valuation
information pertaining to the property.
Virtual Session: This course will cover the creation of a
Hotel property inside of AE. The user
will be walked through creating a portfolio specific for a Hotel. During this session a user will learn to
create a Hotel property from scratch, enter Market information, Room, Departmental,
and Parking Revenues, Operating and Capital Expenses, and entering in
Investment and Valuation information pertaining to the property.
Virtual Session: This course will cover the features
available with a Sensitivity license including Sensitivity Analysis,
Sensitivity Matrix, Batch Update and the Analysis Tab. This course will also cover the XL4ADW
feature that comes included with AE and how to push and pull information from

of the commercial real estate industry by defining the various types of
commercial real estate assets and professions within the industry. Agenda
topics: Types of Commercial Real Estate, Industry Participants, Investor/Owner,
Service Providers and Importance of ARGUS Enterprise.
Virtual Session: This one hour class gives elements of
office and retail buildings including building areas, the types of revenue a
building will typically receive and common building expenses. A breakdown of
the cash flow report is also discussed.

Virtual Session: This one hour class examines in detail
the attributes of an office/retail lease, common tenant expense recovery
methods, and frequently used tenant reports. Agenda topics: Basics of Lease,

Virtual Session: This one hour class outlines numerous
property practices including the budget process, variance reporting, and
escalation reconciliation. Agenda topics: Accounting Systems/Systems of Record,
Invoice Approval Process, Variance Reports, Budget Process and CAM Recs/ Escalation
Virtual Session - Structured
Finance, Sensitivity Analysis, and Reports: This course will focus on the creation of
finance structures that participate in the contribution and distribution of
finances for an asset. Multiple Sources will be created, including construction
loans and equity partners. A simple profit distribution will be set-up for the
file. This course will also teach a user how to use the Sensitivity Analysis
portion of ARGUS Developer and create multiple “what-if” scenarios on their

view the different reporting options offered in ARGUS Developer.
Hands-On Case Study: This final course gives the opportunity
for the user to gain hands-on experience with an ARGUS Software Certified
Trainer guiding them through the creation of a project that also has a complex
finance structure. An ARGUS Developer Data Entry Checklist will also be
included in this course.
