ARGUS Classroom Training - Our training program is designed for new-to-intermediate users of ARGUS Enterprise or anyone who will be responsible for entering Office/Retail leases, budgets, market assumptions or valuation and yield parameters on a repetitive basis. The modules that are covered in the course includes Cash Flow, Portfolio Reporting and Sensitivity Analysis. Course concentrates on practical applications of the software through interactive examples and case studies. Participants are exposed to a large cross section of the software's capabilities, fundamentals and unique nuances.
For the additional ½ day session; we will help prepare a user for taking the ARGUS Enterprise ASC Certification Exam. This course will focus on what to expect, advice for preparing for Section 1 and 2, top 10 calculation savers and going through multiple choice questions that will be similar to what you would find on the exam. Within 2-business days of the conclusion of this 2.5 day session; each attendee will receive a 30-day license and access to complete the ASC Certification exam within 30-days via email. License is compatible with Windows PC computers only, not compatible with MAC.
This package includes 6 eLearning courses, Certification Manual (non-printable eBook), 3 Month Academic (Windows Compatible Only) ARGUS Enterprise License, Prep Exam and the ASC Exam. Upon successful completion of this exam, users achieve certified status in ARGUS Enterprise. The certification is valid for two years and can be renewed by taking the recertification exam. You will need a working copy of ARGUS Enterprise in order to complete section 2 of the exam. The case study portion will be either, Office, Retail or Mixed Use (Office/Retail) property type. You will receive exam log in instructions via email once you order is processed.

Upon successful completion of this exam, users achieve certified status in ARGUS Enterprise. This certification is valid for two years, and can be renewed through taking the recertification exam. If user receives a grade of 69% or less, a retake of the exam is available at $175. The online exam may be taken at any time, but it must be completed within 90 days of purchase date. You will need a working copy of ARGUS Enterprise in order to complete section 2 of the exam. The case study portion will be either, Office, Retail or Mixed Use (Office/Retail) property type.
