Rescheduling Fee: Attendees must reschedule at least 10 days prior to the training start date to avoid rescheduling fees. Students who reschedule within 10 days of the training start date will be charged a $250.00 rescheduling fee. Students that must leave a training class before the completion date can make up the missed day(s) by taking a virtual training session at a lesser rate.
 
Cancellation Fee: Cancellation requests must be received via email at kmayfield@argussoftware.com at least 15 business days prior to the training start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 15 business day policy are considered non-refundable and there will be a $250.00 reschedule fee for future classes.
