Q: How safe and secure is the ARGUS Software web store?

Q: How will my purchase be delivered and how quickly can I expect to receive it?
A: Licenses are electronically fulfilled and should be received via e-mail within 24 hours. Shipped Media is sent UPS 2-day and should arrive within UPS stated policy plus 24 hours.

Q: How do I use my coupon code, promotion code or store/gift credit?
A: Promotion codes and coupon codes are entered after payment information has been submitted, and the selections are ready for review.  In some instances, you may have to pay taxes, even if the code results in a 100% discount.  Store/gift credit is entered at the time of payment and may be used to cover the entire purchase cost. 

Q: How do I buy a product?
A: Follow these steps:

1. Once you have reviewed the products in the web stores, click on the product you want to buy
2. Once you get to the main page for the product you want to buy, you will see the software package options you can choose. For most products, you will need to click on the service plans to make your purchase.
3. Once you have chosen your service plan, choose your language preference and enter into the quantity box the number of licenses you wish to purchase.
4. If you need to see what is in your shopping cart, use the link at the upper right hand corner of the page otherwise you can click the button "Proceed to checkout"
5. If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to create a user name and password as well as fill out a customer profile
6. You will then be prompted to enter your credit card information to complete the transaction
